Crazy Neighbors at it again! Caught on video!

Throughout the winter2019/2020 I have been constantly harassed by a guy living next door in a 4 plex to the property I maintain. My snow customer now hired me for complete maintenance of the property. I had a feeling this would happen so I made sure that I had my cam rolling. Great that this did not end in violence. You just never know what frame of mind someone is in, how angry they are, what they are capable of doing. I have to warn you that there is a swearing and adults acting immature in this video. I stayed as calm as I could. Be safe everyone!
