I forgot the day of Ramadan 😵‍💫 due to hunger

**30 Days of Ramadan – Gym Vlog Series Begins 💪🌙**

This is Day 5 of my new challenge: **30 days, 30 videos** during Ramadan. While fasting from sunrise to sunset, my goal is not to lose weight — but to **gain it**.

Current weight: **66 kg**
Target: **70 kg+**

Training while fasting is not easy. Energy levels drop, workouts feel heavier, and discipline gets tested every single day. But this series is about proving that with the right mindset, nutrition, and consistency, progress is still possible — even in Ramadan.

I’ll be documenting my workouts, meals (iftar & suhoor), weight updates, struggles, and real results. No shortcuts. Just discipline, faith, and consistency.

Let’s see if I can transform my body in 30 days while fasting.
