MMA Sparring with gymmate Jay

In this video you see a breakdown of my sparring sessions with a gymmate. Notice how we go easy on eachother so we can try some things out like headmovement. In the first sequence you see a round of standup sparring. In part two you see several shorter rounds of sparring starting against the wall/cage.
