For Jamaican Brown Stew Chicken
4 chicken thighs
for seasoning
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tbsp soft brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp garlic granules
1 1/2 tsp thyme
1 spring onion
1 scotch bonnet pepper this is a very hot pepper i didn't use the seeds
2 tbps apple cider vinegar
2 cloves chopped garlic

rest of ingredients
1 onion
handful of bell peppers
1 carrot
2 tbps tomato ketchup
4 tsp browning
1 cup of hot water
