All About Your HABITS - Christopher M Duncan | The FIFTH Step | 7 Steps
The seven steps how to achieve anything you want in your life. This is video number five and it's all about your habits. You see, if you've followed along and you've been watching, if you've been getting this, if you've been ingesting it, if you've been applying it, you will know the steps. Or now that you've aligned your unconscious, it's time to take a look at your habits. And I want to talk to you about what you're actually doing in the morning. The morning is your time to create success habits. In my program the seven days to success, I talked about the morning. You see, every morning you need to be getting up and creating new habits. You've got this time where it's all for yourself. So I want to ask you, how do you spend your morning? How do you actually wake up? What is it that you're doing? How are you creating great habits every single morning? And let me look at it. Here's the things you need to do to create an amazing morning, an amazing start to your day. Step number one is this, is you must move straight away, you get out, you gotta move your body, you must move yourself through the universe, start creating your vision. When you create your vision, I need you to feel as though it's already here, it's already manifest, the feeling is the prayer. Make sure you step into that feeling as you move through the universe in the morning. The next step is to understand this, the power of getting nutrient-dense foods and starting your day off right. So it's really just three things to get in the right habits. The habits in the morning is more important than anything else you can do. If you look across successful people, the morning is where it all starts. How you get up, how you move sets you up the whole day. But let's look at other powerful habits. Once you've set your vision, once you've got your excercise time and once you've actually filled yourself with nutrients, now it's time to create great habits. Let's start by understanding this, the number one most significant contributor to how you're going to create habit is the people you surround yourself with, the people that you associate with, the people that you call friends, the people that you call colleagues, the people that are around you the most are going to create you more behaviours. So if you need to start off with creating behaviours of success. In the next video I'm going to talk to you about how to find those people, how to actually create that morning that's not mourning, how to actually step into great habits.
