The Most Confusing Ending To A Halloween Episode EVER

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends' Halloween episode has one of the most confusing endings I've ever seen. The parts leading up to the ending are really good, but then the episode does a nosedive into confusing territory, trying to wrap up everything, and it just seems weird. You let me know how you feel.
