Neighbor allegedly shoots white mom of black sons after they say he racially harassed them for years

Melissa Robertson’s family says she is still in the ICU after neighbor John Shadbar allegedly shot her in the chest and hand with an assault-style rifle. Robertson’s son says Shadbar racially harassed the family for years. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports.
