Speghetti Sauce AND Pizza Soup Recipe!!

Here is the spaghetti sauce recipe (adapted from vitamix.com)

2 tbs tomato paste
1 tsp minced garlic or 1-2 garlic cloves
2 tbs orange juice OR 1 tbs balsamic vinegar OR 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp white or brwn sugar
-----ingredients from the garden-----
2 cups cherry tomatoes + 5 or 6 to throw in at the end if you want chunkiness!
1 carrot (or 6-7 carrot stix)
2 sprigs fresh oregano
2 sprigs thyme
4-6 basil leaves
1-3 green onion stalks
Although I didn't go over in detail... here is the Pizza Soup recipe:

2 tsp mushroom bullion or 1 cube beef/chicken bullion
1/4 tsp Crushed Red pepper
1/2 tsp fennel seed
1/4 tsp anise seed or anise extract
1/2 tsp mustard seed (ground ok!)
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
-----ingredients from the garden-----
2 cups cherry tomatoes + 5 or 6 to throw in at the end if you want chunkiness!
2 sprigs fresh oregano
4-6 basil leaves
1-3 green onion stalks (opt)

Instructions are easy! Just throw the ingredients in a blender and blend until hot. Add the extra cherry tomatoes at the end and pulse if you like it chunky!
