Sorry it took so long, I actually have a huge backlog of videos stored away, but new ideas pop up all the time, so I never get around to editing the old ones. SO MANY OF YOU WERE ASKING ME ABOUT RICE WATER! To date, it is my video with the most views, and I receive hundreds of questions daily about it. I try to respond to as many as I can, but it's very difficult, so I decided to film this (a year ago, sorry!). Rice Water is used by the Yao women to grow their hair to record breaking lengths, due to the proteins contained in the rice. I recommend watching my video on how to MAKE rice water, and my other video on how to USE it. I used it for a long time to help grow my hair to my current length. I use it only a bout once per month now. I am sorry for not addressing the safety questions about rice water previously. I wasn't aware when I first made my video, but I know now and it hasn't changed my mind about using rice water. I still eat plenty of rice!
