नए साल पर ठंड ने लोगों को परेशान किया हुआ है. साल के पहले दिन दिल्ली एनसीआर सहित पूरे उत्तर भारत में शीतलहर का असर देखने को मिला. दिन भर लोग अलाव के सहारे समय काट रहे थे. पहाड़ों पर भी लगातार बर्फबारी हो रही है. इसका असर अब मैदानी इलाकों में हो रहा है. मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, पछुआ पवन पहाड़ों से ठंडी हवा लेकर आ रही है, जिस वजह से पारा लगातार नीचे गिर रहा है.
