We wouldn't normally recommend being near large crowds at this time, but we felt that since most people were wearing masks and spaced out enough, we were all able to enjoy ourselves safely in this particular situation. 🚐 After quickly wrapping up our year long van build at our Atlanta apartment in Dec 2019, we traveled around Florida, for a warm winter, until the pandemic struck. We were fortunate enough to find refuge in Val's grandmother's vacant home in NE Alabama for the summer. We decided to use this time, space, and convenience to make some van updates that we weren't able to get to before leaving Atlanta. Now that the renovations are over, we are taking a much needed break to explore the beautiful southwest. Subscribe and stay tuned as we continue to share our journey.
