BBC Radio Ulster asks UK in a Changing Europe Senior Fellow Professor Catherine Barnard if there's any basis for the concern being raised by Ian Paisley MP, that the Windsor Framework or European Law might get in the way of the smoking ban being extended to Northern Ireland.
