HAPPY 2021! We are starting the year off with some healthy habits. First up is creating a compost system. It's crazy that we haven't done this already. With the amount of planting and working in the garden we do we should have started a long ago. We have a two different methods at work; a compost tumbler and a hot compost container. The tumbler is smaller and will produce less but it works faster. The hot compost container...well let's just say we had some different opinions on how it should be built so we'll have to wait and see how that turns out. 😜
