A Conservative MP has kicked off the latest in what is clearly a concerted attempt to harvest as much personal data from voters as possible, in order to bombard them with unsolicited campaign material via email as possible. The relatively new MP for Uxbridge says he wants your details to campaign for a fish and chip shop, but that's not something you can sign a petition for. But the truth is hidden in the terms and conditions, he wants your data for election campaigning.
