This is a quick full Bodyweight workout you can do at the park,

Workout

Block one
*Swing Tucks 3x10
*Handstand presses 3x10
*Muscle Ups 3 x 5-8

Block Two
*FHL Calf Raiser 3x10
*Split Squats 3x10
*Nordic Curl 3x5
