Filipina CRUSHING IT 🍲 Incredible Start Up Carindeira VEGAN Restaurant VEDYA SIARGAO

At the start of 2020 we met Chin, a Filipina from Manila that knew us & Sacha's dad from serving coffee to us way back in 2015! She mentioned a dream of starting a Vegan Carindeira Restaurant on Siargao island and less than a year later the place is up and running and buzzing with life and great food.

Her and her friends are really crushing it with this start up business, even during a pandemic the flow of customers was incredible. The whole of Vedya felt alive and we LOVED the food.

Later on the same day Story blows us away by catching a wave and standing up while surfing with her wildling school friends on the beach!

Our names are Jmayel, Sacha & Story. We traveled to Siargao island with Jmayel's mum & Story's grandma just before the Global pandemic that sent the whole planet into quarantine. We got stranded for months and fell in love with island life, now we want to make that life more permanent.
