Advancing Spark - Introducing the Databricks Beacons!

The community around Spark is vast and sprawling, covering a huge number of different specialisms, interests and languages, but there's a central passion that runs common throughout all. The Databricks Beacons program is a new initiative to recognise community evangelists, give the community a central point to get in touch with them, and help us build a more cohesive community going forward!

Our very own Simon is thrilled to be one of the first global Databricks Beacons and this video goes into a little bit of detail about what it means to him.
