Sears Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Delivery Fail - Update in description

Refrigerator delivery from Sears. You can watch as they rip part of the back panel off the refrigerator while coming up the steps as well as bang the doors and handles trying to bring it inside. They even broke the storm door on the front of the house when they sat the refrigerator down against it when they got stuck.

It took months and months of fighting with the delivery service to make things partially right.

July 29, 2020 update on this Kenmore Elite

In September of 2019 the compressor went out and it only took Sears 11 weeks and 5 service calls to repair it.

On May 21, 2020 it died again. After 2 new compressors, multiple service calls and an unbelievable number of hours on the phone with Sears they finally agreed to replace the refrigerator on July 29 2020 because it was not repairable. We are expecting delivery on November 9, 2020 of the replacement. How does Sears expect someone to live without a working refrigerator for almost 6 months?
