13mm or 1/2" Stretch - Incremental Dead Stretching - Ear Stretching Journey

For this stretching video, I go more in depth on how I use incrementally sized jewelry to help dead stretching. I've been using dead stretching as my main ear stretching method for the last few stretches and I love it! Sometimes you can get jewelry that is slightly off sized but it helps with smooth transitions if you create a timeline out of the size differences. While this is a useful method, it's not very economical or easy to plan out. I hope this video helps with anyone out there who is on their ear stretching journey at any size.

I use glass plugs to go from 12mm to 13mm over the course of a month. First I stretch from 12.2mm to 12.6mm, then 12.6mm to 13mm. 13mm is considered the half inch size. Even in the smaller gauge sizes, this can be helpful.
