5-Minute Instant Green Chili Achar | Easy Hari Mirch Pickle Recipe

Green chili: 1/4 kg
Mustard oil: 1 cup
Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds: 1 tablespoon
Nigella seeds (Kalonji): 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric: 1 teaspoon

Take a pan and add cumin seeds, fennel seeds (saunf), coriander seeds, nigella seeds, and mustard seeds. Dry roast them on low heat until aromatic. Let them cool, then grind them finely.

Heat the mustard oil in a pan until it reaches its smoking point. Then, let it cool completely.

Take the green chilies, remove the stems, and cut each chili into two pieces. Place the chilies in a jar or pot. Add the roasted spice mixture, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Finally, pour the cooled mustard oil over the chilies. Cover the jar and let it sit for 1 day. Your mirchi ka achaar is now ready to enjoy!
