To reiterate, Ian is not the nutritionist I consulted for my health in the last year. I'm still reluctant to fully talk about that situation, I'll see how it goes. I'm not being secretive, I'm being cautious.

Things to ideally steer clear of when buying supplements (according to Ian):
Magnesium stearate (or stearic acid) inhibits immune response.
Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) disguised as “natural flavors”.
Carnauba wax is used in car wax and shoe polish.
Titanium dioxide is a carcinogen.
Acetate and Palmitate
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): Thiamine Mononitrate, Thiamine Hydrochloride
PABA (Para-aminobenzoic Acid): Aminobenzoic Acid
Folic Acid: Pteroylglutamic Acid
Choline: Choline Chloride, Choline Bitartrate
Vitamin D: Irradiated Ergosteral, Calciferol
Vitamin E: dl-alpha tocopherol, dl-alpha tocopherol acetate or succinate
