오늘은 경기도 성남시 분당구 판교신도시에 위치한 단독주택단지를 함께 걸어봅시다. 이곳은 고급단독주택들이 즐비한 곳으로 부근인 백현동에는 정용진 신세계 부회장의 저택이 있습니다. 이곳에서 강남역까지는 자동차로 약 15-20분, 잠실역까지 30분 정도 소요되며, 대중교통으로도 30분이면 강남역에 도착합니다. 주변에는 판교역 신분당선, 판교테크노밸리, 현대백화점, 아비뉴프랑, 그리고 국내에선 3번째 롤스로이스 매장 등이 있습니다.

Let's walk around the Pangyo New Town Village, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. This is a place full of luxury detached houses, and nearby Baekhyun-dong, there is a mansion of Shinsegae Vice Chairman Chung Yong-jin. The village is separated from the commercial district, so the residential environment is quiet and clean, and many celebrities, entrepreneurs, and politicians live there. It takes about 15-20 minutes by car to Gangnam Station and 35 minutes by public transportation to get to Lotte world tower. There are Pangyo Station Shinbundang Line, Pangyo Techno Valley, Hyundai Department Store, Avinue fran shopping mall, and the third Rolls-Royce store in Korea.

Pangyo (판교, 板橋) refers to a planned city surrounding Pangyo-dong, Baekhyeon-dong, Unjung-dong, and Sampyeong-dong of Bundang-gu and Siheung-dong and Sasong-dong of Sujeong-gu (Seongnam city). The area is surrounded by the mountains Cheonggyesan and Geumtosan to the North and Barasan to the south, with Unjungcheon and Geumtocheon, tributaries of Tancheon, flowing through the center of the city. This area is 9,307,000 m2 (2,815,000 pyeong) and can hold up to 80,412 people with 29,350 families.
Gyeongbu Expressway separates the town into two unofficial regions: Seopangyo (literally, West Pangyo) and Dongpangyo (literally, East Pangyo).
