Sports, Culture, and Connection: International Students in Ethiopia

I’ve had the chance to connect with students from abroad throughout my life, and it’s always been an incredible experience. In this video, I share how these students, aspiring sports coaches, came to Ethiopia to train, learn, and make a positive impact. This time, they had the unique opportunity to play blind soccer and basketball with disabled athletes, gaining valuable insights and building connections.

We also took them to two of Ethiopia’s most stunning parks—Entoto Park and Suba Menagesha Park (the number one park in Africa). We went hiking, enjoyed the fresh air, and wrapped up the day with a campfire. It was a refreshing experience, blending sports, culture, and nature.
