1. Test strategy
This is defined at organizational level. It is a top level document which creates strategy for manual, automation, performance and among other different levels of testing.

2. Test Plan
It is subset of test strategy which inherits almost everything in test strategy but test plan is bit more specific to a project. It tests whether the plan is in scope or out of scope to that project. It also checks the entry and exit criteria.

3. Requirement traceability matrix
Here it traces all the requirements set by the end users.

4. Test scenarios
It is a high level functionality where they use user story or single liners.

5. Test cases
Here appropriate tests are done to test each feature or cases.

6. Test data
It ensures a production like data by testing issues the way end users test and choosing the right environment to write the data.

7. Defect or bug report
When a bug has been reported, it will be taken back to defect to check if the defect has been prioritized or not.

8. Test summary report.
Here the entire tests are summarized as a part of test closure and it is reported.
