35-Minute Total Body HIRT with Weights Workout: Boost Muscle Strength & Cardio - SWEAT 2024 DAY 11

It’s Day #11 of your Summer Fit '24 SWEAT Challenge! Grab your dumbbells and/or kettlebells, and let’s go! This workout uses High-Intensity Resistance Training to build strength and sweat for a full-body burn. In descending intervals of 40, 30, and 20 seconds, you’ll start back to basics, add some intensity, and then go for it in the lightning round—options for all fitness levels.
