This is a small local dental clinic with a $1,500/month ad budget, focused on generating consistent, high-quality leads at a target CPL of $20–$25.

Even with a relatively small budget, we built a structured system that delivers predictable results.

Campaign structure:

✔ Top of Funnel (TOF) – lead generation campaign
✔ Middle of Funnel (MOF) – retargeting + conversion optimization
✔ Audience-building campaign for MOF support

(No BOF due to limited budget size)

Results (last 30 days):

• TOF campaign: 14 leads
• ~$31 CPL initially
• Optimized ad sets reduced CPL to $22–$25
• MOF campaign: ~$11.5 CPL
• Unprofitable ad sets were quickly killed and replaced

What was done:
