Arbitration: Basics, Historical Overview, and Important Update/Caution about Coinbase

Publishing this later than wanted to, been a little under the weather.

Purpose of this channel is to shine a light on the ability, daresay the duty, of the American public to stand up against corruption in society.

One does not need to be an attorney to fight back, take a stand. But it’s getting more difficult.

I filmed this one very late one night, was upset about the new Coinbase Arbitration Agreement, which they are forcing all users to accept starting May 15, 2025 if anyone opens or still has any open account with them. New Agreement is extremely sketchy - contains both a clause forcing waiver of consumer/user right to join any class action, but also contains a new clause stipulating that all claims against them for securities fraud (the crime I can prove they committed against me and others), must be brought in trial court.

They must know the odds are slim to none that anybody will do that. Especially on an individual basis. Huge red flag, IMO. Almost like they’re admitting they know they’re shirking the law and getting over on the public with relative impunity.

Pull your money before the Ides of May. Odds of bringing this company to justice after then will drop sharply.
