Avengers Infinity War showed the death of Vision, a death that appeared to be permanent after Avengers Endgame, when Vision remained one of the few fallen Avengers who did not resurrect when Hulk snapped the victims of the Blip back into existence. But now that Vision appears to be returning in WandaVision, it brings up the question of Vision's soul and consciousness. As an android composed of many components -- the Mind Stone, JARVIS, uh... we honestly forget the others -- it's hard to pin down the true sentience and humanity of Vision in order to explain his possible return in Marvel's Phase 4.
