Recipe:

Mix eggs, sugar, milk, and yeast well, then let it sit for 10 minutes.

Next, mix bread flour and salt, then add them to the mixture.

Knead the dough well and let it rest. Once the dough doubles in size, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Now, shape the dough into donuts and cover them for 10 minutes.

Finally, fry them on low heat until golden brown.
