From the mountains to the beach, you can do it all on your trip to Panama. The country is about 29,000 sq miles, and similar in size to the State of South Carolina. Upon landing at Tocumen International Airport, you will have Panama City, the Panama Canal, San Blas Islands, Playa Coronado and El Valle de Anton all within easy driving distance. Venture further west into the highlands to experience the famous Mountain town of Boquete and nearby mountain villages like Cerro Punta. Head north through the mountain range and you will be back on the Caribbean Sea in Bocas del Toro. You can do all of this by car and occasional water taxi or simply fly from Panama City to David or Bocas Town to make things really convenient. Enjoy the Geisha Coffee, fresh fruit and seafood that is sourced from both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. As a narrow strip of land connecting two continents (an isthmus) Panama is a biologically and geographically diverse playground for you to explore.
