The Hairless Chimpanzee Jambo

Some more older clips of Jambo that haven't been published before. Hopefully I will get some new footage soon, when the zoos open again and it's safe to do so.
The first clip of the compilation wasn't long after Jambo moved into his new enclosure. He still has both his ears. (His mum pulled it half off, they tried to glue it with skin glue, but as Jambo was picking on it, he lost the whole ear as you'll see in my newer videos and the last clip of this video. ) He has some deep lacerations in this video, from a fight with his rival. In the latest videos, you'll see those chimp injuries heal quite quickly, but that doesn't mean there aren't any new injuries. That's just chimps, unlike gorillas chimpanzees are always more temperamental in the zoos and in the wild. Jambo is the main man, the alpha and he constantly has to ensure to keep it that way.
In this compilation, Jambo enjoys the outdoors of the new enclosure. The other chimpanzee is called Flynn. A very lovable character and hopefully I will get some more footage of him when they reopen. The second clip when Jambo's skin is a bit darker was filmed two months later. The last clip was from 2019 after he lost his ear.
Jambo who has alopecia, a form of hair loss was born on the 9th June 1982. He has a daughter named Genet. A brown chimp with a bald back) .
His mum is Coco was born in 1965. Cocos offspring's are Jambo and his half-sister Charlotte. She was born on the 28 Sep 1978 and there is a male called Kip that is supposed to be there too, but records are pretty outdated and to be honest I'm not familiar with this name and don't think he's still at Twycross. I might be wrong. It is a big group and some chimps are still in the second group which I'm not that familiar with. Jambo has more siblings at Twycross from his father's side who are William born on the 30th June 1982, Holly she was born on the 27th December 1982 and Jomar he was born on the 28th December 1990.
