今天做沙琪玛,食材和做法都简单,2分钟就能学会,快要过年了,自己做些当年货,不加任何添加剂,吃起来也放心

1、先在碗里加250g普通面粉,打3个鸡蛋进去,把鸡蛋搅匀,然后用手和成团,面团和的要稍微软些,沾手是正常的,这样做出来沙琪玛才不会硬硬邦邦,如果中间发现硬,可以加适量纯牛奶,再和的软一些,然后蒙上保鲜膜醒面40分钟
