Get Better Performance Out of Your Synology with Jumbo Frames (DS1819+)! | 4K TUTORIAL

Jumbo frames allow you to send larger data packets between your computer and your NAS. This cuts down on the SMB overhead especially for 10 gbe networks! This gave me over 2x the read performance on my DS1819+ with a 10 gbe card.
