BUFFY: Sophia Crawford and SMG play Pink Ranger (unseen raw footage)

A lot of people know that before Sophia was my 'Buff Buffy' she was my 'Pink Ranger' on Power Rangers. Since Marti Noxon had written the line "Back off Pink Ranger" for the Buffy vs. Kendra fight in Season 2, producer David Solomon and I thought it would be cute to have Buffy do the pose Sophia used to do as the Pink Ranger during the dream sequence fight in "Beer Bad."

However, afterwards we decided it looked out of character for Buffy to suddenly throw a dance-like Kung Fu pose in the middle of a fight scene so it was edited out. Here you can see both Sophia and Sarah doing their parts to make the fight and see Buffy do a quick little Pink Ranger imitation.

I also added a bit from "Wild at Heart" where Sarah and Sophia have problems with a prop gun falling apart and the sfx guys shoot Seth Green's stunt double Lee Whitaker with a dart, not in the chest as planned, but in another area. He'll tell you where. ;)
