The towns of Boca Raton and Delray Beach Florida were being terrorized at night by what seemed to be an evil prowler. People (specifically women) were being targeted and it appeared a man was peering into homes at night and watching them! But then things got worse when a high schooler that was babysitting a local family was found dead. This case and the ones that followed rocked this beachside community and terrified all who lived there.
