How to Make No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

Cheesecake Crust

* 5 packs of Oreo cookies
* 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

Cheesecake Filling

* 500g soft cheese
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 300ml fresh double cream
* 1 cup (200g) icing sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/4 cup evaporated milk
* 1/2 packs of Oreo cookies roughly chopped

Cheesecake Topping

* 1 pack of Oreo cookies
* 2 cup of cream cheese mixture without the addition of the crushed Oreo cookies

Cheesecake size - 9 inches
