On The Outside (OTO), comprised of Andrew Bloom, Dawson Huckabee, Devin Hayes, Jon Klaasen, and Sam Jenkins, is a Los Angeles-based boy band taking equal inspiration from their pop and country roots. Formed in 2019, OTO has been best described by the press as “if One Direction had a love child with Dan + Shay”. Their unique vocal blend and timeless songwriting have helped amass an army of dedicated fans affectionately known as Outsiders. The community of Outsiders continues to grow feverishly with thousands of Instagram fan pages, sold-out shows, 2 million TikTok followers as well as 140 million TikTok views...all without the aid of a major record label.
