Tsla appears to be hiring for a new design and engineering center in China. Elon Musk says that he wants a new vehicle as radical as the Cybertruck, but something that can me shipped from China to the world. With Model 3 and Model Y prices being half of the Model S and X, Tesla needs another halving of vehicle prices to achieve this breakthrough vehicle for the mass market.
