Saturday tropical weather update: TS Gamma over Mexico; Invest 92 may become Tropical Storm Delta
GAMMA
As of 7 p.m. Saturday, Tropical Storm Gamma's winds decreased a bit to 60 mph. The center was over Yucatan, and the interaction with land as well as some dry air should make it weaken more through Saturday night.
The National Hurricane Center's forecast path and many models take it back out over water on Sunday.
There is good model consensus that it will then turn to the west thanks to high pressure building over the Gulf.
