Creamy malai paneer tikka at home / पनीर टिक्का #shorts

Cut 400g of malai paneer into cubes.

For the first marinade, add 1 tbsp of regular oil, salt, 1 tsp of kasuri methi, and 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder. Mix everything well and coat the paneer with the marinade. Let it marinate.

For the second marinade, take 100g of hung curd in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of mustard oil, salt, 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of green coriander powder, ½ tsp of cumin powder, ½ tbsp of ginger and garlic paste, the juice of half a lemon, and 1 tsp of green chili paste. Mix everything well. Add the marinated paneer to this mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Also, add onions and bell peppers to the marinade and coat them well.

Cook the paneer, onions, and bell peppers on barbecue sticks in the oven or air fryer for 8-9 minutes. Once done, spread some butter on top and squeeze some lime juice over it. Serve with laccha onions and green chutney. Enjoy! ❤️
