So I recently checked out urban hawker in midtown manhattan new york city. It was definitely an experience, don't know why they have it so dark in there, should have made it more vibrant and colorful to match the hawker stalls in singapore. but the selection of south east asian cuisine all under one roof with pretty authentic flavors was definitely a nice welcome to new york city.
