Ode to Cheapest Mini's: Episode 20

It's the attack of the Meeple, this is my comeback at a group of elitist gamers who are of the opinion that if you spend less on miniatures than them your not worth playing against.
Needless to say I didn't attend their Age of Sigmar tournament for this and a number of other issues.
Rather than naming and shaming, I'm going to showcase the creativity from what I've seen gamers coming up with on a close to zero budget.
This is the first in what I'm hoping will be a sporadic series showcasing what can be done on a low budget. Because these games we play are for everyone, not just those with disposable income to burn on expensive plastic.
