In this video I share the best tinder bio for guys in the known universe, using my special "A/B" Bio Formula for Tinder, one of the best dating apps of 2021.

Don't worry, I'll explain all of that :) This tinder bio will get you more matches, better matches, and can even get some women messaging you FIRST.

Before we dive into that, here are a few common bio formats guys use:

1) FUNNY TINDER BIO / GIMMICK: This is where you basically turn your bio into a joke. It might get her laughing, but it won't reveal anything about you, or tell you if she's the type of girl you might get along with. Certainly, she can tell if you share a sense of humor, but if you copy and paste a joke bio from somewhere else, does it really show YOUR uniquely creative humor? I think not.

2) CHALLENGE / SCREENING / DISQUALIFICATION BIO: This is where you say "basic girls need not apply" or "No short girls" or "I'm trouble, run away little girl" explicitly in the bio. While this DOES communicate that you have standards, it can also come across as tryhard / arrogant and tends to attract toxic / emotionally wounded women.

3) THE AUTHENTIC-BALANCED BIO: This is where we follow the formula I teased above. It is comprised of: About You, About Her, a Future Adventure, and a Call to Action.

About you: share something you're proud of, then use self-deprecating humor. Balance confidence with making fun of yourself so she knows you're not an egomaniac.

About her: put up SPECIFIC HOOPS for her to jump through, things that won't apply to MANY women, like "If you spend more time volunteering at animal shelters than taking selfies, we'll get along."

Future Adventure: this is a trip or adventure you're planning on experiencing that you hope she will join you on. It doesn't have to be an expensive vacation! It can be the adventure of riding horses or hiking the PCT. It just needs to be something other than sitting on the couch watching Netflix.

Call to action: ask her to message you, and give her a good reason! Inject scarcity or urgency/fear of less to improve your results here.
