Porsche Cayenne Collision Warning and Brake Assist misjudgment

I have mix feelings about cars AI, this video shows how a 2020 Cayenne reacted to a person running toward it but stopping on the median. It’s not obvious from the video but if you look at the front hood you’ll see how much the front suspensions went down when the car's Collision and Brake Assist engaged the brakes in order to prevent a potential collision.
