Generally measured paint is 170 μm or less, the instrument displays white backlight, you can judge the car without respray.
If the measured paint thickness is between 170 and 350 µm and the instrument is backlit in yellow, the car is judged to have been slightly repainted.
If the measured paint thickness is above 350 μm with red backlighting, the car may have been sheet metal fabrication.
