I Traded My Cummins for a Rivian… Did I Mess Up?

I traded my Ram 2500 Cummins for a 2022 Rivian R1T… and after driving it, I’m not sure I made the right decision.
This thing is insanely fast (2.9s 0–60), but is it actually better than a diesel truck?

In this video, I trade my 2025 Ram 2500 Cummins for a 2022 Rivian R1T Quad Motor and give my honest first impressions.

We test acceleration (0–60 in 2.9 seconds), talk about what surprised me most, and whether switching from a diesel truck to an electric truck was actually a good idea.

Is the Rivian R1T really better than a Cummins-powered Ram 2500? Or did I make a mistake?
