If we were to put a finger on Slim Chickens' unique selling point, it would be their selection of 17 sauces. The prominent role they play might, therefore, explain why the chicken wings and tenders aren't as distinctly flavourful when had au naturel.

While an attempt is being made to separate their burgers from the competition with quite novel ingredient combos, the two we tried, although adequate enough, could have packed more of a flavour punch.

What did stand out were their shakes (these guys know how to deliver good'uns) and their sides (those Crispy Fried Onions were dangerously addictive). Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area (just bear in mind that their gravy is NOT Halal).
