Hate Speech Bill | Implications of new legislation on the workplace

Earlier this month, President Ramaphosa assented to the Prevention and Combating of Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill.

It aims to protect constitutionally enshrined rights, such as human dignity, equality and the right to freedom and security.
