I just submitted my application to the Sephora Accelerate program. This is what it looked like behind the scenes as a solo founder, small indie brand, doing it all myself.

Sephora Accelerate is one of the most competitive programs in beauty — and I almost didn't apply. Imposter syndrome was loud. My brand is two years old. I still pack every order myself.
