Eddystone 870 radio project. Part 3. My take on some capacitors.
I will generally not bother testing paper or Electrolytic capacitors in old valve radios, I no longer trust them to be any good, they have a life span which I believe would have expired by now. Silver Mica and ceramics are generally still good, so will be left and fault found under power if there is an issue.
